Re: Shipping, Cancellations, Etc.
I ship using Canada Post!
Shipping times will vary depending on where the package is getting sent out to and on the option selected. Within Canada, it shouldn't take longer than a few days. To the USA, it may take up to a month. Please note that, internationally, an untracked package can potentially take multiple months.
I can accept cancellations any time before the product has been shipped, but if the product has already been sent out, I'm afraid a cancellation will not be possible.
I do not accept returns or exchanges--however, if there are any missing or incorrect items after you've received your order, please let me know and we can work something out!
Once a package has been shipped out, I cannot take responsibility for if it has become lost or is sent to the incorrect location--once Canada Post takes it away, it's out of my hands. However, it is always possible that I have made a mistake on my end, even in spite of triple and quadrouple-checks--if you believe this may be the case, please let me know, and I can check again and work something out!
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be incurred as a result of purchase.
